These Terms and Conditions apply to customers ("Customer/s""You") who use any of the products, Apps, Websites offered by, or register an account (collectively referred to as "Our Services") with any of brands managed by, iLOT Limited ("iLOT", "Us / We / Our").

To use Our Services, You must create an account and deposit.

In addition to this document, Our Terms and Conditions ("Terms") include the following documents:

You agree that Your use of Our Services is at Your sole option, discretion and risk. In relation to Your losses You shall have no claims whatsoever against iLOT or any partner, or respective directors, officers or employees.

1.2. Your Funds

Applicable to clients who are residents of Nigeria. All client funds are held by iLOT Limited in a separate client funds bank account, separate from company funds.

1.3. Jurisdiction

1.3.1. Licences and Regulatory Authority

  1. Any bet placed by the Customer shall be governed by the applicable provisions of the Administration of Criminal Justice Act 2015 and or any other applicable Laws and any Regulations and Rules made in terms thereof, as amended from time to time. It shall be the responsibility of the Customer to ensure that he/she is aware of these provisions.
  2. The betting contract, as well as any other legal relationship between the Customer and the Company, for every circumstance not regulated by the Terms of Use, is subject to Nigerian laws.
  3. If the Customer places of a bet from a location falling outside Nigeria, such bet shall be subject to all appropriate exchange control regulations and the laws of the foreign jurisdiction from which such communication originates and it shall be the responsibility of the Customer to ensure full compliance with same. iLOT makes no warranties and shall not be liable to the Customer if it is not able to remit any monies held by it to any account held by the Customer in a foreign jurisdiction.

1.4. Creating an Account

1.4.1. Verification

You must be at least 18 years of age, and above the legal age for gambling in the jurisdiction in which you reside in, to use Our Services. Underage gambling is a criminal offence.

We are required to verify all of Our customers' identities to comply with the requirements of Our licences, Our responsibility to prevent underage gambling and to prevent crime.

At registration, You are required to enter Your personal details, such as name, address, and date of birth. All Your data is used and protected as described in Our Privacy Policy.

We will do Our best to automatically verify Your details based on the information You submit during the registration process. If We cannot do so You will be required to provide valid identification documents proving Your identity, age and address. Acceptable identification documents include, but are not limited to:

  1. copy of a valid photographic identification document, such as a passport or driver's licence;and
  2. copy of a recent utility bill confirming residence, such as an electricity bill, telephone bill etc. (important:the utility bill must not be older than 3 months);and
  3. copy of a recent credit card / debit card / bank account statement (note:the account statement must relate to a financial method used and must not be older than 3 months).

If Your details cannot be verified based on the documents provided, You must provide additional information until We are able to successfully verify Your identity. If We cannot complete verification, We may terminate Your account.

To ensure the information we hold on you are always up to date, We may, from time to time, reperform Our verification checks.

Note:We're committed to providing a safe place for adults to gamble. To do this we verify the identity of our customers. In most cases, this can be done automatically, but sometimes we might have to ask you for more info.

1.4.2. Eligible Customers

Employees of iLOT, its licensees, distributors, wholesalers, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other agencies, media partners, retailers and members of the immediate families of each are not eligible to participate in games or betting.

1.5. Your Account

1.5.1. Single Account

You may only register and operate a single account. If You hold more than one account, we reserve the right to suspend additional accounts.

1.5.2. Accuracy

You are required to keep Your personal details up to date at all times. If You change Your address, e-mail, phone number, form of payment or any other contact or personal information, please contact Customer Service in order to update Your account information.

Updating or adding additional payment details for the purpose of a withdrawal may only be done by contacting Customer Service.

1.5.3. Password

The account registration process requires You to choose a password. We encourage all customers to set strong passwords, such as using a mixture of lower case and upper case letters, numbers, and special characters. It is Your responsibility to keep Your password secret. You must not share Your password with anyone, and iLOT will never ask You to reveal Your password. Any actions carried out through Your account will stand if Your user name and password have been entered correctly.

1.5.4. Verification of Bank Details

If You use a credit/debit card and/or a financial/bank account for transactions at iLOT, the account/cardholder's name must be the same as the name You used when registering a iLOT account.

Should the name You registered on the iLOT account and the name that appears on Your credit/debit card and/or financial/bank account differ in any way, we reserve the right to suspend Your account. Should Your account be suspended, We recommend You contact Customer Service for details regarding Our verification process.

Note:iLOT accounts are for personal use, so we require that your account and form of payment be in your real name and only used by you.

1.5.5. Inactive/Dormant Accounts

If You have not logged into Your account for 12 consecutive months, Your account will be considered as “inactive” or “dormant” account.

1.6. Your Finances

1.6.1. Withdrawing your funds

For bank withdrawals from iLOT accounts with a confirmed name, iLOT generally only allows withdrawals to bank account names that match the confirmed name on the iLOT account.

Withdrawals can be processed by clicking 'Withdraw' on the Website, subject to there being sufficient funds in your betting account. In consideration of protecting customers’ fund security and controlling the platform’s operational risk, iLOT reserves the right to set a maximum daily withdrawal amount for different customers.

If the value of a deposit is not played through in full before a withdrawal is requested, iLOT reserves the right to make a charge to the customer’s account to cover all reasonable costs relating to both the deposit and withdrawal. If necessary, the value of the withdrawal requested may be reduced accordingly.

1.6.2. Identification Checks

iLOT must successfully verify your identity. If you are not fully verified, you may not be able to deposit or withdraw funds.

1.6.3. Credit Checks

iLOT reserves the right to run credit checks on all cardholders with third party credit agencies on the basis of the information provided on registration.

1.6.4. Minimum Withdrawals

iLOT incurs fees when payments are processed. To cover our fees, we apply a minimum withdrawal amount of ₦ 1,000. All withdrawals (wherever possible) will be processed back to the same payment method used to make a deposit on the account. Please refer to iLOT's Withdrawal Policy for more information.

Payment charges may be incurred. Please contact Customer Support if You have any questions about Your withdrawal or associated fees.

Note:The minimum withdrawal is ₦ 1,000. You can check your balance, and the status of any bonuses, in the My Account section when you are logged in.

1.6.5. Withdraw Limit

  1. All withdrawals are free of charges.
  2. Please note the minimum amount you can withdraw is NGN 1,000.00.
  3. Maximum per transaction is NGN 9,999,999.00.
  4. Only 3 withdrawal operations can be initiated at most per day.
  5. In order to protect your funds, the total withdrawable amount per day is subject to the total deposits and stakes placed within a limited period of time.

Transactions may fail due to the Bank Account's Balance or Daily Limit Transfer amount.

If you violate the regulations about single account, we reserve the right to suspend withdrawals and transfers from your account.

1.6.6. SPECIAL STATEMENT

In order to protect your account security and product safety, please carefully review the Bank information. Do not arbitrarily withdraw your money to others' accounts. If we monitor and verify the possibility of money laundering, ILOT has the right to freeze your account for review. It involves but not all of the following:

  1. Only using ILOT to deposit and withdraw, and there is no betting record in the transactions log.
  2. Try to withdraw money from a ILOT account to a big number of different persons' Bank Accounts.
  3. Tried too much withdrawal requests on a single day.

1.6.7. Financial Institution

1.6.7.1 Interest

iLOT is not a financial institution and thus any deposits made into Your account are not due any interest payments on the deposit(s) whatsoever.

1.6.7.2 No legal or tax advice

iLOT does not provide advice regarding tax and/or legal matters. Customers who wish to obtain advice regarding tax and legal matters are advised to contact appropriate advisors.

You are solely responsible for any applicable taxes on any prizes and/or winnings that You collect from iLOT.

Note:We're not a bank, so we don't give out tax advice, loans or interest.

1.6.8. Other

If we incur any charge-backs, reversals or other charges in respect of your account, we reserve the right to charge you for the relevant amounts incurred.

We may, at any time, set off any positive balance on your account against any amounts owed by you to iLOT or any company within the iLOT group.

You are responsible for reporting your winnings and losses to the tax and/or other authorities in your jurisdiction.

Internet gambling may be illegal in the jurisdiction in which you are located. If so, you are not authorised to use your payment card to complete the transaction. However, any bets/wagers accepted from such jurisdictions will stand - win or lose.

1.7. Bonuses

1.7.1. Separate Terms and Conditions

We may, from time to time, offer bonuses, promotions and/or competitions which are governed by separate terms and conditions. Any bonuses or special gifts credited to Your account must be used in adherence with such terms and conditions.

In the event and to the extent of a conflict between these Terms and the promotion- or competition- specific terms and conditions, the promotion- or competition- specific terms and conditions shall prevail.

1.7.2. Withdrawals of Promotional Offers

If You accept a Promotion Offer that includes a wagering requirement, You will have to meet the wagering requirement of the offer before withdrawing your bonus balance.

You can withdraw your deposited cash at any time. Should You wish to withdraw Your cash balance prior to completing wagering requirements You may do so by contacting Customer Support. Please note You will be required to forfeit your bonus balance, should You wish to withdraw Your deposited funds before the Promotional Offer terms are met. Please carefully review the terms and conditions of any Promotional Offers You accept.

1.7.3. Withdrawal Limits on Free Promotional Offers

All customer offers are limited to one per person, family, household address, email address, telephone number, mobile device (e.g. mobile or tablet), application download or shared computer (e.g. public library or workplace).

Where any term of the offer or promotion is breached or there is any evidence of a series of bets placed by a customer or group of customers (e.g. where common betting patterns across the same fixture/markets have been identified across accounts), which due to a deposit bonus, enhanced payments, free and risk free bets, or any other promotional offer results in guaranteed customer profits irrespective of the outcome, whether individually or as part of a group, iLOT reserves the right to reclaim the bonus element of such offers and in iLOT’s absolute discretion settle bets at the correct odds, void the free and risk free bets or void any bet funded by the deposit bonus. In addition, iLOT reserves the right to levy an administration charge on the customer up to the value of the deposit bonus, free and risk free bet or additional payment to cover administrative costs. iLOT further reserves the right to ask any customer to provide sufficient documentation for iLOT to be satisfied in its absolute discretion as to the customer’s identity prior to iLOT crediting any bonus, free and risk free bet or offer to the customer’s account.

iLOT reserves the right to withdraw the availability of any offer or all offers to any customer or group of customers at any time and at iLOT’s sole and absolute discretion. Offers only apply to customers who have made an actual/real money deposit with iLOT.

1.7.4. Right to Rescind

iLOT reserves the right to withdraw any Promotional Offer at any time, subject to the Promotional Offer having a specific eligibility period.

1.7.5. Eligibility

All iLOT offers are intended for recreational customers and iLOT may, in Our sole discretion, limit the eligibility of customers to participate in any given promotion. We reserve the right to withdraw the availability of any offer or all offers to any customer.

In addition to the specific requirements of any Promotional Offer, all offers are limited to one person, family household address, e-mail address, telephone number, same payment account number (e.g. debit or credit card, etc.) and shared computer, e.g. public library or workplace.

Note:We offer lots of great promotions and competitions for our customers. Make sure you read the promo terms and check that the contact details you provide us are accurate so you don't miss out on any rewards. If you don't understand anything, please ask before playing.

1.8. Betting Procedures

1.8.1. Placing Bets

iLOT reserves the right to decline all, or part, of any bet requested at its sole and absolute discretion. All bets are placed at your own risk and discretion.

We only accept bets made online (including via mobile device or downloadable applications on a mobile device). Bets are not accepted in any other form (ost, email, fax, etc.) and where received will be invalid and void - win or lose.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure details of their bets are correct. Once bets have been placed they may not be cancelled or changed by the customer. iLOT reserves the right to cancel any bet at any time.

Your funds will be allocated to bets in the order they are placed and will not be available for any other use. iLOT reserves the right to void and/or reverse any transactions made after a bet has been placed involving allocated funds, either at the time or retrospectively.

1.8.2. Bet Confirmation

Bets will not be valid if there are insufficient funds in your account.

A bet that you request will only be valid once accepted by iLOT’s servers. Each valid bet will receive a unique transaction code. We shall not be liable for the settlement of any bets which are not issued with a unique transaction code. If you are unsure about the validity of a bet, please check your account history, or contact us.

Notwithstanding the above, if bets are placed via a credit or debit card they are not valid until we have received payment in full. The bet will be automatically void if we have not received the payment prior to the relevant event commencing.

Should a dispute arise, you and iLOT agree that the iLOT transaction log database will be the ultimate authority in such matters.

1.8.3. Offers

1.8.4. Settlement and Payouts

  1. All bets are subject to the rules of the relevant sport/market/game as set out in the 'How to Play' section and the provisions of these Terms.
  2. iLOT reserves the right to suspend a market and/or cancel any bet at any time. When a market is suspended any bets entered will be rejected. iLOT also reserves the right to cease betting on any markets at any time without notice.
  3. The "Potential Win"calculation available on the Website is for information purposes only, and all bets will be calculated using the stake/risk at the odds accepted. In multiple bets/parlays with a void selection(s) the "Potential Win"figure is reduced accordingly.
  4. Should a customer include a non-runner or void selection in a multiple bet/parlay, the bet will be settled on the remaining selections.
  5. Winnings from settled bets are added to the balance of your betting account. Any funds/winnings credited to an account in error are not available for use, and iLOT reserves the right to void any transactions involving such funds and/or withdraw the relevant amount from your account and/or reverse the transaction, either at the time or retrospectively.
  6. iLOT reserves the right to withhold payment and to declare bets on an event void if we have evidence that the following has occurred:

    (1) the integrity of the event has been called into question;

    (2) the price(s) or pool has been manipulated;or

    (3) match-rigging has taken place. Evidence of the above may be based on the size, volume or pattern of bets placed with iLOT across any or all of our betting channels. Any decision made by iLOT in this regard will be conclusive. If any customer owes any money to iLOT for any reason, we have the right to take that into account before making any payments to that customer.

  7. Where there is evidence of a series of bets each containing the same selection(s) having been placed by or for the same individual or syndicate of individuals, iLOT reserves the right to make bets void or withhold payment of returns pending the outcome of any subsequent investigation.
  8. For events where there is no official "off"declared, the advertised start time of the event will be deemed the 'off'. If for any reason a bet is inadvertently accepted after an event or match has commenced (other than live In-Play betting clearly indicated on the Website), bets will stand providing the final outcome is not known, and that no participant/team has gained any material advantage (e.g. a score, sending off for the other team, etc.) at the time the bet was placed. If the outcome of an event/market is known iLOT reserves the right to void the bet, win or lose. Disputes over times bets are placed will be settled using the transaction log. All times stated on the Website and/or referred to by iLOT staff relate to UTC unless stated otherwise.
  9. In-Play Betting - where we have reason to believe that a bet is placed after the outcome of an event is known, or after the selected participant or team has gained a material advantage (e.g. a score, sending off for the other team etc.) we reserve the right to void the bet, win or lose.
  10. If for any reason we are unable to validate the outcome of a particular market, all bets will be void, unless settlement of bets is already determined.
  11. Where a customer gives ambiguous instructions, iLOT reserves the right to split the amount of monies staked between the potential outcomes. Where this is impractical we reserve the right to void the whole of that bet. In any event, the decision of iLOT is final.

1.9. Acceptable Use

1.9.1. Acceptable use of Our Services

You may use Our Services for lawful purposes only. You will cooperate fully with any iLOT investigation into activity as detailed below.

You may not use Our Services:

  1. for any illegal activity or transaction (for example money laundering, funding of terrorism, identity theft, or payment fraud) under the laws of any jurisdiction that applies to You;
  2. to unlawfully obtain winnings;
  3. if You provide incorrect or misleading information regarding Your identity, age or location, or refuse to provide information requested by iLOT;
  4. if You use more than one active account at iLOT;
  5. if the identity of the person who has registered a iLOT account does not match the identity of the financial/bank account and/or the credit/debit card(s) linked to that account, as described in section 1.4.4;
  6. if You have allowed (intentionally or unintentionally) someone else to use Your iLOT account;
  7. if You have placed bets or wagers in a coordinated manner with other Customer(s) involving the same (or materially the same) selections to minimise losses. iLOT is for sole use on an individual basis and for personal entertainment only;
  8. if iLOT has received a "chargeback"and/or "return"notifications via Your bank or a deposit mechanism used on Your account;
  9. if You collude, cheat, or engage in any activity which is a threat to the integrity of sports;
  10. if You undertake any kind of fraudulent activity, such as identity theft;
  11. if it is determined by iLOT that You have employed or made use of a system (including machines, computers, software or other automated systems such as bots etc) designed specifically to defeat the gambling systems;

Note:We are committed to offering our customers a fair, safe place to gamble. We don't tolerate illegal activity or cheating.

1.9.2. Account Suspension and Termination

1.9.2.1 Investigation and Suspension

In the case that We suspect a customer has violated these Terms, or engaged in any activity described in 1.9.1 iLOT reserves the right to suspend Your account without notification, and Your account will remain suspended until the matter has been fully investigated. You agree to cooperate fully with any iLOT investigation into such activity.

1.9.2.2 Termination

Should Our investigation result in knowledge that You have violated these Terms, or engaged in any activity described in 1.9.1, We reserve the right to restrict or close Your account. In these instances, We will withhold the balance on Your account, up to the amount of any loss or fees incurred by iLOT. Cases of Underage Gambling will be dealt with as described in section 1.4.1.

If you have engaged in illegal activity, iLOT is under no obligation to refund to You any money that may be in Your account. In addition, iLOT shall inform the relevant authorities, relevant regulatory body, sports governing bodies, other online service providers, banks, credit card companies, electronic payment providers or other financial institution of Your identity and of any suspected unlawful, fraudulent or improper activity. You will not be allowed to open any future accounts with Us.

1.9.3. Account Restrictions

1.9.3.1 Promotional restrictions

We reserve the right to withdraw the availability of any offer or all offers to any customer.

In addition, if You violate these Terms, the General Bonus Account Terms or the Terms of a Promotional Offer, We reserve the right to void Your bonus and any winnings associated with that bonus.

If You violate any of the terms referenced above, You may also be deemed ineligible for future promotions.

1.9.3.2 Other restrictions

iLOT actively manages financial liabilities and risk on events and markets. Liability and exposure controls can be applied across betting markets and or across individual accounts to manage those liabilities. iLOT monitors accounts as described in the Privacy Policy. Should Your activity stand out from what iLOT considers to be usual and expected behaviour, or fits into certain known patterns that denotes potential exposure and liability concerns, We may exclude You from certain promotions or from placing certain bets. Examples of unusual betting behaviour can be, though is not limited to:

  • larger than expected bets appearing on a very specific outcome, for example a correct set score in an ITF Tennis match;
  • a bet being placed by a customer who may be privy to information regarding the potential outcome of an event;
  • a customer changing their established betting pattern;
  • an alert from a sport's governing body or monitoring agency;
  • a large number of bets placed in a short time period on one specific outcome.

1.10. Privacy Policy

1.10.1. Our Policy

iLOT is committed to protecting and respecting Your privacy and complies with all applicable data protection and privacy laws. For more information on how and why We process Your data, please review Our Privacy Policy.

1.10.2. Publicity

If We want to use Your details for any promotional activity outside of iLOT or Our Services, You agree to being contacted and asked to consent to Your details being used without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

1.11. Responsible Gambling

1.11.1. Our Policy

iLOT is committed to providing its customers with fun and enjoyable online gaming experience, while recognising that gambling may cause problems for a minority of the population. As such, iLOT takes the initiative to support and promote responsible gambling, as well as encourage its customers to use various responsible gaming tools and features to help them manage their accounts in the best possible way. 1.12.2. Customer Complaints

We will always do Our best to resolve any issues You have with Our service. Unfortunately, this is not always possible via the standard Customer Support process. If You are unhappy with any aspect of Our service, and having attempted to address your concerns via the Customer Support channel first, You can raise a formal complaint. Customer complaints/claims of any nature must be submitted within 6 months of the issue occurring.

To ensure Your complaint/claim is dealt with promptly, please submit Your complaint to the following email address. You will be sent a copy of Our Complaints Process when You contact the below email address, or alternatively You can request a copy at any time by contacting Customer Support.

To ensure Your complaint is dealt with promptly, please include the following information:

  1. Your username/account number
  2. Your registered First Name and Surname
  3. A detailed explanation of the complaint/claim
  4. Specific dates and times associated with the complaint/claim (if applicable)

Upon receipt, best efforts will be made to resolve any reported matter promptly and, at a maximum, 10 days from the date on which the complaint is received. In certain cases and based on valid reasons, we may need to extend this to a further 10 days, in which case we will be informing you accordingly.

Should You ever suspect that a Customer is colluding with another Customer or cheating in any way, please notify iLOT via the means of communication listed in the above Customer Complaints section.

Note:We take customer satisfaction extremely seriously, so we have an independent team who will investigate any issues you feel have not been resolved to your satisfaction.

1.13. Games and Interruptions in Play

1.13.1. No warranties

Subject to your statutory rights as referred to in clause 1.15.2 below, the Service and the Software are provided on an "as is"basis and We do not promise that the Services or Software will be available uninterrupted and in a fully operating condition at all times. Access to the Services and/or Software may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons reasonably beyond our control.

1.13.2. Malfunctions

We shall not be liable for computer malfunctions, failure of telecommunications service or Internet connections nor attempts by You to Participate in games by methods, means or ways not intended by Us.

In the event of a malfunction in a Game, Service or any of the related systems, or due to any other error, all wagers placed during such period are void and will be refunded. Funds obtained from a malfunctioning Game or Service shall be void, as well as any subsequent game rounds or Services with said funds, regardless of what Games or Services are played using such funds. If You are, as a result of such malfunction or error, credited with funds resulting in any overpayment or over-crediting to Your account, it is Your responsibility to promptly inform iLOT. iLOT reserves the right, upon becoming aware of any erroneous crediting, or payment of funds, to adjust Your account to recover any such funds.

In the event of a system malfunction, all unconfirmed bets are void. We are not liable to You for any loss that You may incur as a result of such suspension or delay.

1.13.3. Final Decision

In the event of a discrepancy between the result showing on Your software and the iLOT server software, the result showing on the iLOT server software shall be the official and governing result.

You may be at a disadvantage in peer-to-peer gaming, whilst playing against other customers as a result of technical issues, such as slower network speeds or slower end user device performance.

Live television and other broadcasts which are provided to You as part of any iLOT offering may be delayed, which will lead to others processing more up-to-date information in relation to such broadcasts.

1.13.5. Reported Faults

Although We shall take all reasonable measures to ensure that the Services are not faulty, We cannot guarantee that the Service will never be faulty, but We will investigate and, where possible, correct reported faults as soon as We reasonably can. If a fault occurs, You should report the fault by e-mail or in writing to Our Customer Service centre.
